The money BP has to pay, should go to clean up the spill, provide money to people directly if they have lost their jobs because of the spill. However, it’s clear they do not just want that. They obviously want BP to pay long term for this spill, and that’s not good for business. What company would want to set up new drilling platforms? And, that’s exactly what the Dems want. So, while the libs want to end our dependence on foreign oil, they also do not want us to drill here. Libs have simply become anti-business.

Since that bold statement, there have been many examples of just the opposite. Now, comes this story. Does the President even deserve to have such power? Why such secrecy and haste to give him this power? It seems maybe the libs want to be more like China, where the Government does control access to the internet. And, how does this fit into the idea that obama feels we have too much information?

If there is a clear sign these people are out of touch and are only in the politics for themselves, this is it. However, they do not have to look far to see who else is good at acting out of touch and ignoring the will of the people.

At least it took 6 years for Bush to end up in the same position, not less than two as it is for obama. But, that’s what happens when we have a president like obama who is so out of of touch.

Traitors in Congress

The mexican president spoke in Congress today and of course spoke about the Arizona illegal alien law, that is far less restrictive than the immigration laws of his own nation, and again repeated his opinion that he did not like the law, and received a standing ovation from a number of liberals that populate Congress. These people have no shame when they openly cheer a foreign leader who is criticizing a domestic law of the United States. it’s simply amazing these people still want to be considered Americans. They are not Americans, they are traitors, end of story.

However, in order to discover how obama really feels about punishing illegals for their actions, one just has to listen to what he is saying about the Arizona illegal alien bill. Recall, that obama does not like misinformation, lies and fear mongering. So, it’s a bit of a surprise(sarcasm) to hear obama say that under the bill, a hispanic father taking his son out for ice cream could be arrested simply for being hispanic and walking down the street. Completely untrue of course, but that of course fits his MO when it comes to things he does not like. He simply lies.
In reality, what obama wants is about twenty million new voters for his party, and there is no way if Congress passes amnesty this year, that illegals will have to wait years to become Citizens, since both the libs and the illegals want a quick pay off from amnesty.

No taxes on those making more than 250K, an open Government, less influence of lobbyists, etc. Too bad he is not as good at keeping promises than he is at saying them.

While som reform might be needed, obama is going to use a hammer to kill a fly and we will all be the worse for it. He’ll wonder why his plan is not popular, decry the lies smears, etc of his plan. The economy will not get better and more people will have to rely on the Government for assistance, which is exactly what he wants, since it will grow demand for more social programs. Which of course, he’ll be right there to support in the name of the “little guy”.
Just keep making fun of us obama….

Last year, obama tried to ignore the people who showed up to protest. Of course that was met with some disbelief, and of course reflects poorly on obama for lying.
Now, however, since he can’t lie again about not knowing about the tea parties, he now has to poke fun at those that dare speak against him.
He has raised cigarette taxes, he’s about to let the Bush tax cuts expire. The health care bill just passed by obama raises taxes. Lastly, many in his administration has talked openly about how to handle the debt obama has added in his first year. The solution is either cut spending, raise taxes or both.
The tea parties are more than just about high taxes, it’s about spending and not listening to us, the Citizens. It’s about Washington being out of touch with the Citizens of this Nation.
It’s a shame a President of the United States, openly pokes fun at Citizens who are engaging in their rights to protest the Government. Hopefully, come November, he won’t be in a joking mood.
