RealClearPolitics – Video – Obama Criticizes New Media, Ipads, Rumors

While I agree that children and people in general may spend too much time playing video games, and caught up in the latest gadget,  it’s simply amazing to see once again obama has no shame.    He is after all the guy who has a specially made blackberry, because he could not give it up.    He talks about how everyone should have access to the internet.

  1. Wait, shouldn’t everyone have access to the internet? And you agree with him on the other points? So, if you agree with everything he said, why is he a hypocrite, but you aren’t? You mean to imply that Obama’s liking his Blackberry is akin to internet addiction? I would disagree, but whatever. He smokes too, but I think he would still rightly discourage it.

  2. I do not agree with everything he said. For example, he ranted on about too much information, etc, etc. Does he want people to not have enough information to make good sound choices, say in November of this year when he knows his party is going to take a major hit at the polls?

He also gave an Ipod as a present to the Queen of England. So, again, I guess it’s OK to use such items when it suits him, but everyone else should not have them. That’s something we usually hear from leaders of 3rd World Nations.
