On 12/05/08, Santa made his  yearly appearance in Old Town Manassas via the VRE train.   After eating supper at Foster’s Grille, CitizenofManassas Jr and I walked around town waiting for the “Santa Train” to arrive.    There are a few new stores in town, and we were able to visit a couple of them.   

Of course we made it back in time to the train station and waited in anticipation for Santa.  Jr, got a big trill in being able to give Santa a hug before Santa hopped on the wagon to move over to light the Christmas Tree.     We left soon after, knowing the Christmas countdown has started in earnest.
